Jean Lebrecht Ltd is an educational training and development consultancy established by Jean Lebrecht in August 2006.

Jean Lebrecht Ltd is committed to working in partnership with schools, local authorities, diocesan and other authorities to support schools in their work of improving performance and pupils’ achievements. Jean Lebrecht has particular experience in developing leadership capacity having been a successful secondary headteacher. For three years she has provided Expert Head Support for schools in challenging circumstances through London Challenge as well as working overseas on building leadership capacity through her role as Leadership Adviser at the British Council.

Jean’s career in schools was mainly in inner London complex urban schools including 13 years of headship in two schools. She is an NCSL qualified Consultant Leader and an experienced NCSL tutor.

Jean is currently working with the Banks Phillips Consultancy. Together with Chris Banks and Andy Phillips , Jean Lebrecht brings together common approaches to professional work and training, shared values and wide-ranging experience provides a platform for building further high quality and very practical courses and consultancy services for school staff at every level.
