Jean provided ‘Expert Head Support’ on a regular basis from 2003-06 supporting schools in challenging circumstances. She worked in one school throughout the three years supporting the new head who had taken up post after the school had been placed in special measures. In the other school she worked with the head, the trainee head, members of the senior management team and middle leaders to support them in their roles.
